As a Product Director with over a decade of experience, I lead product strategy and digital transformation across the UK home buying, mortgage and financial services ecosystem. At Novus Strategy & Consulting, I partner with lenders, brokers, conveyancers, estate agents, technology providers and regulators to build connected products and services that reduce friction, improve customer outcomes and unlock commercial value across the end-to-end property transaction journey.
A key part of my role is translating complex ecosystem problems into practical, scalable product strategies that support Horizontal Digital Integration (HDI), an industry-wide framework for helping organisations share trusted data, streamline workflows and speed up property transactions.
Before Novus, I delivered an end-to-end digitally integrated property transaction system at LMS, cutting transaction times by 30% and reducing cancellations by 40%. I've also led large-scale product and digital transformation for Yell, the Scottish and UK Governments (including the UK's £46.4bn furlough platform and the £900m Eat Out to Help Out scheme), Arnold Clark and Heineken.
